Jessica Lucas was born in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada on September 24, 1985. Jessica began acting when she was just seven years old and began professional training at the Children’s Theater Arts from 1992 to 1994. Soon enough, Jessica began to star in local theatre productions of Snow White & The Seven Dwarfs, Grease, Cinderella, Mousetrap and Music Medley.

From 2000 onwards, Jessica started to get parts in small to big television roles like “Seven Days”, “The Sausage Factory”, “Damaged Care”, “Edgemont”, “2030 CE”, “No Place Like Home”, “The L Word” and “Romeo”. In 2004, Jessica got her biggest role yet as Sue Miller in the ABC drama, “Life As We Know It” alongside Kelly Osbourne and Missy Peregrym. Unfortunately the season got axed after 13 episodes but still has a small following. In 2006, Jessica starred in her first mainstream movie as Yvonne in “She’s The Man” alongside Amanda Bynes and Channing Tatum. Later on in the year, Jessica starred in The Covenant with Laura Ramsey who she worked with in “She’s the Man”.

2007 was Jessica finest year yet when she got the role of Ronnie Lake in the successful television series, “CSI: Crime Scene Investigation”. The character, once a temporary “band aid” to replace Sara Sidle, had been announced as a recurring character on the show, but Jessica only starred in four episodes eventually. At the beginning of 2008, Jessica had her biggest role yet in the worldwide blockbuster, “Cloverfield” as Lily Ford. The movie is about a monster attacking New York and got rave reviews from most critics. On the 12th September, Jessica’s latest film “Amusement” is set to be released and is already generating a internet following on various message boards.
